Nice contest with our modest setup. We lost the electricity power, so we had to run on generator power.
Conditions were good and we had some nice runs on all bands. Thanks for all callers. This is our best result in 9ACW Contest ever.
CU in the next one!

Comments: Too much Murphy's help. Chip in one RTTY interface blown away, too much RF feedback, PCs frozen... But anyway we had fun. Some new operators added to our contest crew. Fine friendship, good cooking and nice wine and few beers... Higher bands were great, 10 meters excellent, but 100 Watts and small antennas were not enough to generate bigger pileups. We'll have to improve antennas for next year. CUAGN!

Soapbox:

Spectacular conditions. 15 was king, opened late into night. One could work all continents in less than 5 minutes. 10 meters gave its share with some multihop Es into NA and F2 to SA. We had lot of problem to covince some operators that we have 2 more numbers after 9A2. It was lot of repeating. For the first time we worked more than 1000 prefixes and more than 5 million points. Our setup is very simple: old faithful TS-950S + TL922 (abt 900 W), Spiderbeam (10/15/20), oblong for 40m, 1/4 wave vertical for 80m and inverted V for 160m. Just 3 boys and one radio and we had lot of fun. See you in the next one!

It was very hard with this special call. People expect letter after 9A2 and it was very confusing for many to have 2 more numbers like 07.  Otherwise it was lot of fun.Propagation was good on all bands. I was on for 16 hours of pure fun. Had some very nice pileups on 80 & 40 meters.  Rig: IC-7400 + TL922 (abt 800 W) Ant: Spiderbeam for 20/15/10, wire vertical for 40 & 80 and inverted V for 160 (center @ 18 meters high).

Very poor conditions, especially on 10 & 15 meters. 80 & 40 were OK. We didn't have multiplier station, only 3 boys
and one radio. We had problem with internet connection, so the DX-cluster was on and off. We have put new 160
meters antenna, inverted V dipole with 18 meters apex, but we were too late for eastern Russian stations on
160, we came on the band after 0030 UTC. But it seems that the antenna is OK.  Next year we'll be better prepared.
